What's SIM3D?

SIM3D AB began as a simple passion project—an idea fueled by creativity, curiosity, and a love for building detailed 3D models for simulation environments. What started as a small initiative to share and sell our own creations has grown into something much bigger.

Today, SIM3D AB is a platform and a community. We connect talented creators from around the world with customers who value high-quality, immersive content. Our mission is to empower creators to do what they love—design, build, and innovate—while earning from their work in a sustainable way.

A Creative Ecosystem

We believe in creating opportunities. By providing a space where creators can showcase and sell their products, we help turn passion into profession. At the same time, we give customers access to a diverse ecosystem of unique, high-quality 3D assets that enhance their simulation experiences.

At its core, SIM3D AB is about building an ecosystem of creation—where ideas can grow, collaborations can form, and creativity can thrive without limits.

About Quality Levels

At SIM3D AB, quality levels are used as a general guideline to help customers understand the level of detail, functionality, and overall polish of a product. These levels are not strict rules, but rather a way to set expectations across a wide range of add-ons and standalone models.

A-Level
A-level products represent the highest standard of quality. These add-ons typically include fully developed features such as detailed interiors (e.g., bridge), working controls, animations, advanced lighting, high-quality textures, and realistic handling or behavior. This is the most complete and immersive experience you can expect.

B-Level
B-level products offer a solid experience but may be missing some advanced features. For example, an add-on might include a bridge or interior but lack certain animations, interactive controls, or finer details. These products still provide good quality, but with some limitations compared to A-level.

C-Level
C-level products are more basic in nature. They may lack interiors such as a bridge, have no working controls, and include minimal functionality. These are often simpler models or early-stage creations focused more on appearance than interactivity.

Keep in mind that these levels can apply differently depending on the type of product. Whether it’s a full add-on or a standalone model, the quality level is ultimately a general assessment of the work—not a strict checklist.

Dreams Simulated

At SIM3D AB, we believe in the power of creativity, collaboration, and opportunity. What started as a small passion project has grown into a global ecosystem where creators and customers come together to build, share, and experience something greater.

We’re here to support creators, inspire innovation, and continue shaping the future of simulation—together.
